Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University.
  • •Recent 2025 or 2026 graduate eligibility for AECOM’s Graduate Program.
  • •Minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) or above.
  • •UAE Nationals with a family book only (per Emiratisation and UAE labour law).
  • •Able to work under the guidance of experienced engineers to develop designs and engineering outputs.
