Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead innovation and analytics initiatives across multiple regions, converting unclear business problems into well-defined projects with success measures.
  • •Create analytical solutions that are reusable and scalable, driving adoption across markets.
  • •Translate stakeholder needs into actionable strategies and delivery plans that improve financial outcomes.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery of analytical projects, including project design, data collection, database design, analysis, and communication of results to senior leaders.
  • •Implement data management and data governance practices to improve data quality, control, consistency, and compliance with data security, AML, operational risk, and audit requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years of relevant experience in analytics or innovation roles, with exposure to banking operations or financial services.
  • •Strategic leadership: identify high-value initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and drive collaboration across teams and regions.
  • •Strong programming capability in at least two of the following: SQL, Python, SAS, R, or Java.
  • •Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and large-scale data environments such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure, or Hadoop-based ecosystems.
  • •Experience managing the full lifecycle of analytical models, including development, deployment, monitoring, and recalibration, plus executive reporting/dashboards.
