Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to build sourcing and hiring strategies, identify and attract candidates, and negotiate complex compensation packages to close full-cycle roles. Champion employer branding and help interviewers represent company culture. Collaborate with business groups to apply effective HR practices, support cyclical HR programs, advise leaders on employee disciplinary matters, and recommend solutions based on org development needs.
