Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure accurate and timely filing and payment of corporate monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (Withholding Tax, Final Tax, VAT, Income tax, 2316, etc.).
  • •Encode data in the BIR relief and Alpha list system and submit to BIR.
  • •Review tax accounts and propose entries necessary to correct balance.
  • •Ensure compliance on tax mapping requirements per site.
  • •Maintain documentation for BOI/PEZA compliance including LOA, site inspections, EZMPR, PEZA permit renewals, ATIR/ABR, and related tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of proven experience in Finance, Accounting and Government compliance
  • •Experience in using ERP (Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, etc)
  • •Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel
  • •Graduate of BS Accounting/Financial Management. CPA is an advantage
  • •Amenable to early shift work schedule (Mondays to Fridays) and working on site.
