Anticipate special requests, coordinate with kitchen/bar/management for seamless events, and support broader pavilion F&B during peak Expo trading hours.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide attentive, refined VIP food and beverage service in line with agreed sequence and standards.
•Prepare and present VIP spaces, tables, and receptions to an immaculate standard.
•Follow protocol instructions precisely, including seating, order of service, dress code, and etiquette for dignitaries.
•Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guests, conversations, and event details.
•Support wider pavilion F&B service during general trading and peak days, including accurate cash/POS handling where required.

Key Requirements

•Premium or fine-dining / VIP service experience.
•Exceptional presentation, poise, and guest-service instincts.
•Discretion, emotional intelligence, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
•Knowledge of service etiquette and protocol (advantage).
•United States citizenship (mandatory) plus hospitality training or equivalent and 2-3 years of relevant experience.
•Responsible-service and food-hygiene certification.
