Key Responsibilities

  • •Own critical vulnerability response end to end, engaging owning engineering teams and driving fixes to closure.
  • •Brief engineering owners and security stakeholders on required fixes and the 24-hour expectation.
  • •Track each vulnerability case against its SLA and escalate when deadlines are at risk, translating technical status into risk and impact.
  • •Run retros after each response to identify systemic causes and drive prevention through process and tooling improvements.
  • •Partner with Threat Intelligence and Product Security to determine whether a vulnerability meets criteria and report SLA adherence and response metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in vulnerability management, incident response, security operations, or a closely related field.
