Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct empathetic, needs-based conversations with people with hearing loss and their relatives via phone, email, and digital consultation formats.
  • •Explain initial Cochlea-implant information and guide candidates to next steps.
  • •Follow up reliably through each candidate’s information and decision process and coordinate referrals when needed.
  • •Continuously stay in contact, ensure structured inquiry tracking, and document interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • •Collaborate closely with clinics, hearing acousticians, mentors, and internal teams; help develop the nationwide mentor network and support digital information formats and cross-functional projects.
