Key Responsibilities

•Conduct empathetic, needs-based conversations with people with hearing loss and their relatives via phone, email, and digital consultation formats.
•Explain initial Cochlea-implant information and guide candidates to next steps.
•Follow up reliably through each candidate’s information and decision process and coordinate referrals when needed.
•Continuously stay in contact, ensure structured inquiry tracking, and document interactions and activities in the CRM system.
•Collaborate closely with clinics, hearing acousticians, mentors, and internal teams; help develop the nationwide mentor network and support digital information formats and cross-functional projects.
