Rider Compliance Representative

Own rider onboarding and compliance processes for a central Rider Onboarding Operations team. Manage onboarding flows to help applicants move through pipelines toward weekly hiring targets, support market expansion launch operations, coordinate vendor tasking and QA, and run regulatory compliance sweeps. Resolve compliance escalations with internal and external stakeholders, update process and training documentation, and proactively identify and mitigate fleet risks and bottlenecks.
