Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform assembly inspections of transformers/regulators per established procedures across assembly plant locations.
  • •Conduct required electrical tests (e.g., ratio, resistance, continuity, VFI, CT, hipot, OX, impulse, power factor, load loss, core loss).
  • •Perform visual inspections throughout the assembly process and inspect/secure unit nameplates and impedance values.
  • •Complete weekly oil sample tests and perform minor maintenance of test equipment.
  • •Document inspection status/results on company forms and assist Engineering/Manufacturing in resolving shop-floor problems, following EQMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
  • •No relocation benefit is being offered; only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered.
  • •Minimum 1 year of transformer or electronics and electrical testing experience (preferred) and/or education in AC/DC fundamentals with electrical print/schematic knowledge (preferred).
