Key Responsibilities

•Develop and refine the Cashloan product roadmap and strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
•Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
•Collaborate with payment partners to integrate Cashloan solutions onto the platform and ensure regulatory compliance.
•Manage end-to-end Cashloan transaction workflows, including onboarding and dispute/issue resolution.
•Partner with analytics to create KPI reporting and dashboards and coordinate with support and operations to resolve customer issues.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related field.
•5+ years of product management experience, preferably in payments, BNPL, loans, finance, or eCommerce.
•Strong analytical skills with experience using data-driven decision-making.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills working effectively across multiple teams and departments.
•Self-starter with strong ownership and accountability for delivering results.
