Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Construction Management

Deliver cost management services for complex construction projects across commercial real estate, corporate occupier, data center, and mission-critical developments. Advise clients on bid and vendor strategies, build and present project estimates, and manage cost reporting, forecasting, and commercial risk registers. Lead cost control activities including change orders and dispute prevention, oversee invoicing and final accounting, and produce post-contract lessons learned and handover procedures.
