Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive HBM program requirements and success criteria, including SCD definition, commit convergence, engineering commit review, and stage-gate deliverables.
  • •Deliver product milestones and sample commits on schedule, overseeing execution and logistical direction across multi-functional teams.
  • •Lead critical program reviews with executives and ratify key decisions, directing decision-making and issue resolution using cross-functional inputs.
  • •Drive risk mitigation strategies across the product lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement through clear problem framing and analysis of alternatives.
  • •Lead cross-functional technical direction forums, manage change initiatives based on lessons learned, and develop the team through performance evaluations, recognition, and accountability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
  • •10+ years of experience in product, design, yield enhancement, or related engineering fields with management/leadership experience.
  • •Proven capability to lead urgent, broad, cross-functional technical issues to closure with collaborative solutions.
  • •Experience in direct reporting and matrix management, leading a distributed team.
  • •Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to make decisions for sophisticated solutions, with strong communication skills for leadership and cross-functional reviews.
