Job Summary

Drive end-to-end service performance transformation for Precision Diagnosis CT / AMI across regions. Own the service excellence transformation roadmap, lead deployment squads and program governance, and roll out key pillars including Red Site Management, Installation Quality, Escalation Management, Diagnose & Repair efficiency, and FSE Proficiency. Partner with regional service and commercial leaders to manage customer expectations and recover high-risk accounts, while building capabilities through training and best-practice adoption.

•Own and execute the Service Excellence transformation roadmap, aligned to organizational objectives and delivering measurable service performance improvements.
•Lead deployment squads and program governance to implement service excellence initiatives across regions with execution discipline.
•Drive transformation pillars including Red Site Management, Installation Quality, Escalation Management, Diagnose & Repair efficiency, and FSE Proficiency.
•Partner with regional service and commercial leadership to align priorities, manage customer expectations, and coordinate recovery of high-risk accounts.
•Build service organization capability through training, knowledge sharing, and adoption of best practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 241,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, IT, Health Sciences, or a related field.
•Minimum 8 years of experience (Bachelor’s) or 6 years (Master’s) in Service Delivery Management, Customer Relationship, Medical Devices, Healthcare, or Clinical Operations.
•Certifications in Project Management, Lean, or Six Sigma are advantageous.
•Demonstrated results in operational excellence and process transformation with organizational leadership.
•Proven leadership in global or regional customer support within a regulated industry.
