Job Summary

Build end-to-end frontend and backend features for Shippo’s Billing, Fraud Prevention, & Insurance team. Work across APIs, services, databases, and modern UI frameworks to improve the billing experience and help protect customers with fraud detection systems. Collaborate with product and design to refine roadmaps, develop reusable components, and drive telemetry and tooling to measure technical and business impact.

•Implement end-to-end frontend and backend solutions for new features and experiences.
•Contribute to reusable components that enhance product consistency.

•Create milestones supporting product requirements and build tools/telemetry to measure technical and business impact.

Key Requirements

•BSc in a STEM field (preference for computer science/software engineering) or equivalent work experience.

•Familiarity with Python, Django, SQL databases (Postgres), and Kubernetes.
