Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the Manager of Technology to gather requirements and plan/implement technical and workflow solutions for news, production, and creative services.
  • •Administer media production applications, systems, and infrastructure to maintain reliability of technology and operations.
  • •Develop and maintain system documentation to support operations and troubleshooting.
  • •Provide technical support, incident response, and customer communication.
  • •Own end-to-end lifecycle of engineering projects from requirements and design through implementation, testing, and post-launch support.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year of project management experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, radio/television/film, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Desirable: CCNA certification.
  • •Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar.
  • •Ability to support media production operations and 24x7 mission-critical technology facilities, including video infrastructure and live production systems.
