Job Summary

Own the global AIOps and Automation operating model within a SIAM environment, acting as the process owner for service transformation. Drive governance through an AIOps & Automation forum to qualify, prioritize, and track automation initiatives and measurable outcomes. Lead the shift from reactive to predictive and proactive service management, enabling self-healing, standardizing use case lifecycle management, and reporting KPIs to executives across IT&D and partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the end-to-end AIOps and Automation operating model across IT Operations, including governance standards and adoption frameworks.
•Establish and lead the AIOps & Automation Governance Forum to qualify, prioritize, and track automation and AIOps initiatives.
•Drive the AIOps transformation roadmap, transitioning operations from reactive to predictive and proactive service management and enabling self-healing.
•Operate within a SIAM model by aligning multiple service providers and holding vendors accountable for delivery, process adherence, and benefits realization.
•Define the use case lifecycle (ideation to optimize), set KPIs for value realization, and provide executive reporting while leading stakeholder adoption and training.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience (typically 15+ years) in IT Operations, IT Service Management, or SIAM.
•Proven experience implementing or driving AIOps transformation in large enterprises.

•Experience working in global, multi-vendor managed service environments with process ownership and governance.
•Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science (or related) and ITIL v4 Certification (mandatory).
