Job Summary

Support the Japan Product Management & Governance team by managing the full lifecycle of fund documentation for Japan domiciled products. Ensure regulatory filings, document disclosures/updates, and publication to distribution channels meet regulatory timelines and industry standards. Monitor regulatory changes, interpret requirements, coordinate with RC, Legal, Fund Trustees and stakeholders, and streamline processes through technology/offshoring to improve efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure product documentation under responsibility meets regulatory and industry standards.
•Manage document disclosures/updates and production processes for Japan domiciled products, including regulatory filings submissions and ongoing management.
•Publish required documents to distribution channels (including applicable websites) and manage document updates to regulatory timelines.
•Monitor regulations and provide assessment/interpretation, coordinating with relevant functions and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
•Lead discussions with RC, Legal, Fund Trustees and other stakeholders, including managing printing and delivery to distributors and producing Key Information Sheets.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in investment management with knowledge of investment strategies, techniques, asset classes, and asset management products.
•Previous experience managing fund documentation and working with stakeholders and Trustees to meet regulatory filing obligations and timelines.
•Demonstrated project management skills.
•Ability to engage with stakeholders and coordinate complex projects.
•Computer literacy in the MS Office suite; excellent Japanese (written and verbal).
