Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure product documentation under responsibility meets regulatory and industry standards.
  • •Manage document disclosures/updates and production processes for Japan domiciled products, including regulatory filings submissions and ongoing management.
  • •Publish required documents to distribution channels (including applicable websites) and manage document updates to regulatory timelines.
  • •Monitor regulations and provide assessment/interpretation, coordinating with relevant functions and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
  • •Lead discussions with RC, Legal, Fund Trustees and other stakeholders, including managing printing and delivery to distributors and producing Key Information Sheets.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in investment management with knowledge of investment strategies, techniques, asset classes, and asset management products.
  • •Previous experience managing fund documentation and working with stakeholders and Trustees to meet regulatory filing obligations and timelines.
  • •Demonstrated project management skills.
  • •Ability to engage with stakeholders and coordinate complex projects.
  • •Computer literacy in the MS Office suite; excellent Japanese (written and verbal).
