Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate and develop OT demand from a scored target account list, advisory boards, industry events, and outbound efforts, converting first meetings into architecture workshops.
  • •Own end-to-end solution engagement across the OT portfolio and lead target-state design, selecting and combining capabilities across ZTB, deception, PRA, and Zscaler Cellular.
  • •Deliver the OT consultative motion through an instrumented engagement process, leading from narrative to workshops and producing structured feedback reports.
  • •Shape Proof of Value design and planning with SE and specialist teams, collaborating with a business value assessment team to build a cost consolidation map.
  • •Extend the motion via AI and automation in workflow, build OT thought leadership, and deliver field enablement sessions with reusable enablement artifacts.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and problem-solving.
  • •Expertise in security architecture for Industrial Automation and Control Systems (IACS), including understanding of the Purdue-level model for OT environments.
  • •Proven experience leading consultative customer engagements by facilitating multi-stakeholder workshops and translating discovery into target-state architecture.
  • •Solid understanding of macro and micro segmentation and network-level controls, including NAC (ISE, ClearPass), SD-WAN, firewalls, and IDS/IPS.
  • •Proven ability to translate architecture into business outcomes for security and network leadership, including experience with asset discovery/visibility and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions (e.g., Armis, Dragos, Nozomi Networks, Fortinet).
