Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the evolution and growth of analytics capabilities through solution development, AI-enabled use case development, and analytics partnerships.
  • •Lead client pilot projects and analytics solution delivery, ensuring quality and timely outcomes that exceed expectations.
  • •Build out and improve client analytics delivery and onboarding, including automation opportunities, AI deployment, and management/client reporting enhancements.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders (clients, internal teams, legal, marketing, industry experts) to align and deliver client work and improve solutions.
  • •Oversee iterative development using Agile practices (sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews) and ensure solution quality via acceptance criteria and performance monitoring.
