Job Summary

Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of advanced health analytics solutions, including AI-enabled capabilities, for Aon’s client teams. Partner with stakeholders to advance analytics opportunities, oversee pilot projects, and ensure high-quality, timely outcomes. Build client-facing dashboards and reporting improvements, support automation and scalability, and collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, analytics engineers, actuaries, and consultants using Agile processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the evolution and growth of analytics capabilities through solution development, AI-enabled use case development, and analytics partnerships.
•Lead client pilot projects and analytics solution delivery, ensuring quality and timely outcomes that exceed expectations.
•Build out and improve client analytics delivery and onboarding, including automation opportunities, AI deployment, and management/client reporting enhancements.
•Collaborate with stakeholders (clients, internal teams, legal, marketing, industry experts) to align and deliver client work and improve solutions.
•Oversee iterative development using Agile practices (sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews) and ensure solution quality via acceptance criteria and performance monitoring.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of client-facing experience in health or benefits, including health actuarial and analytics delivery and innovation.
•Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
•Experience advancing AI-enabled analytics use cases to improve client delivery, scalability, and market differentiation.
•Demonstrated ability to design client-facing dashboards, presentations, and sales materials.
•Strong technical background in actuarial modeling and statistical methods, including familiarity with data science and machine learning techniques.
