Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage overall project planning and contract-related planning activities for operations department projects from start to completion.
  • •Plan and schedule project scope using Primavera/MS Project; coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to meet timelines.
  • •Develop project methodology for technical submissions based on BOQ/drawings/specifications in consultation with senior project/operations leadership.
  • •Set and track weekly/monthly targets, maintain project dashboards, and compile progress reports/flash updates with corrective actions for delays.
  • •Conduct delay analysis, support and prepare extension of time claims using window/impact methodologies, and manage labor forecasting and manpower histograms.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering with good working knowledge of Primavera and MS Project.
  • •7 to 10 years of experience in fit-out/building projects, including 3 to 5 years in a manager capacity.
  • •Strong ownership of project planning processes and complete knowledge of end-to-end project planning.
  • •Experience managing high commercial value projects independently and/or leading a team.
  • •Ability to handle extension of time claims and ensure entitlement through correct, timely planning inputs.
