Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed store sales goals through ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency
  • •Ensure customer engagement and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop sales environment
  • •Build and maintain daily client relationships and resolve client needs quickly to ensure satisfaction
  • •Partner with leadership to analyze reports, support action plans, and focus on deficient areas and growth opportunities
