Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and develop growth opportunities for RCP and precast stormwater products, partnering with sales leadership to drive adoption.
  • •Influence asset owners, engineering firms, municipalities, and DOTs to specify Oldcastle Infrastructure solutions by managing customer and agency specifications.
  • •Serve as a field technical expert for stormwater conveyance and management systems, including engineered support for detention/retention and conveyance projects.
  • •Prepare and deliver technical, value-based presentations and interpret engineering/shop drawings to recommend compliant, constructible solutions.
  • •Synthesize market intelligence and customer feedback, manage project pipelines using Salesforce, and support training and enablement across teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
  • •Professional Engineer license or the ability to obtain one within 18 months of hire.
  • •5–7+ years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or civil infrastructure engineering.
  • •Direct experience with Reinforced Concrete Pipe, precast stormwater systems, or related civil infrastructure products.
  • •Strong understanding of stormwater conveyance, detention, retention, and treatment applications.
