Key Responsibilities

•Engage with customers to understand technical needs, provide data, and deliver tailored solutions to address their challenges.
•Serve as the primary technical point of contact between customers and internal teams, aligning expectations.
•Collaborate with R&D and production to align product development with industrialization and customer requirements.
•Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the product portfolio and network with potential customers.
•Collaborate on new product introduction and provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance for successful implementation.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
•Strong technical knowledge of metals production, processing, and applications (e.g., alloys, casting, forging, heat treatment).
•Relevant certifications in metallurgical engineering, materials science, or project management are a plus.
•Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills with customers and internal teams.
•Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly language and produce technical documentation, presentations, and reports.
