Senior Project Manager - Data Centers / Due Diligence

Lead multidisciplinary due diligence and project teams supporting data center site selection and investment decisions across North America. You’ll oversee complex governance, schedules, budgets, risks, and feasibility studies—from site screening and acquisition through development readiness. Partner with technical advisors and consultants, synthesize findings into executive reports, and provide strategic guidance to developers, investors, and hyperscalers while supporting client relationship growth.
