Key Responsibilities

  • •Function as an administrative liaison to departmental staff, external vendors, and consultants.
  • •Answer telephones and perform administrative tasks such as calendar scheduling, booking travel, drafting itineraries, processing invoices, and expense reporting.
  • •Maintain and update press contact databases, internal lists, and the press site (Media Village).
  • •Support communications deliverables, including internal/external distributions and correspondence, and help with onboarding for new Communications team members.
  • •Assist publicists with tracking press coverage and show press reports, and facilitate press events such as press tours, award shows, specials, and events.
