Job Summary

Lead safe, reliable LNG peak-shaving facility operations at the Magna site. You will oversee and develop an LNG operations team, ensure compliant operations and maintenance, and foster a safety-first, continuous improvement culture. Partner with Gas Control, System Planning, and other business groups to support reliability and commercial objectives, manage operating and capital budget inputs, and help maintain readiness for a 24/7 environment.

•Lead and develop a high-performing LNG operations team aligned to operational excellence objectives and business goals, supporting succession planning and employee development.
•Oversee the safe, reliable, and efficient operation and maintenance of the LNG facility while ensuring compliance with applicable procedures and standards.
•Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide operational expertise when required.
•Champion a safety-first, high-performance culture through operational excellence, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
•Partner with Gas Control, System Planning, and other groups to support reliability and commercial objectives, including budget input and 24/7 operational readiness.

•Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and lead change.
•Proven ability to motivate teams, drive results, and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
•Experience using Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
