Job Summary

Serve as the front-line ambassador for Coach by delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals. Build lasting client relationships through product expertise and tailored recommendations, drive cross-selling and upselling, and use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, inventory processing, merchandising, and transaction handling in a fast-paced retail environment.

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice while driving cross-selling and upselling.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Develop and execute personal sales plans, source new customers, follow up, and meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
•Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction handling, and maintaining an organized sales floor and stockroom.

Key Requirements

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).
