Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy, configure, and integrate OT cybersecurity solutions across substations and control centers, including industrial firewalls, switches, IDS sensors, secure remote access, and logging collectors.
  • •Design and document OT cybersecurity architecture (HLD/LLD), including centralized DMZ architecture for secure IT/OT data exchange and OT network segmentation (zones/conducts).
  • •Perform OT cybersecurity gap assessments and risk assessments aligned to IEC 62443 and NIST, and ensure installations meet security baselines and customer utility practices.
  • •Lead FAT and SAT preparation/execution and support commissioning activities, including validation, operational readiness checks, and acceptance evidence packs.
  • •Prepare and maintain HSE/OSHAD-aligned deliverables (method statements, risk assessments, JSA, lifting plans if needed) and coordinate outage windows, access approvals, and signoffs.

Key Requirements

  • •7–12 years of experience in cyber infrastructure / OT infrastructure / electrical-telecom execution in utilities, substations, rail, or industrial environments.
  • •Strong OT cybersecurity expertise, including IEC 62443/NIST-aligned gap and risk assessments and OT network architecture principles (segmentation, zones/conduits).
  • •Hands-on capability delivering brownfield OT cybersecurity implementations, including cabling, panel/cabinet build supervision, labeling, testing, and as-built documentation.
  • •Experience preparing and supporting FAT/SAT and commissioning activities with structured evidence and acceptance documentation.
  • •Knowledge of PTW systems and risk assessment/method statement requirements for live utility sites, plus relevant utility HSE certifications/registration (e.g., OSHAD registration and NEBOSH IGC or equivalent).
