Key Responsibilities

  • •Support implementation and monitoring of the project EHS plan on site.
  • •Promote safety awareness and a positive safety culture among project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate review of contractor safety documentation, including risk assessments and method statements.
  • •Monitor high-risk activities and report observations, concerns, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Conduct site safety meetings, inspections, and safety audits; support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • •3-5+ years’ experience in a construction HSE role on large-scale projects.
  • •Good understanding of construction safety requirements, including risk assessments, permit-to-work systems, and HSE compliance processes.
  • •Experience supporting site inspections, audits, incident investigations, and tracking corrective actions.
  • •Fluent English (German is a plus) and availability for on-site work.
