Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a project engineering and consulting team member on customer engagements covering design, architecture, integration, implementation, documentation, benchmarking, testing, reference architectures, sizing, migrations, and tooling.
  • •Provide consultative support for strategic cases, assisting with implementation, onboarding, production launches, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • •Deliver architectural, technical, and migration assistance with hands-on work when needed.
  • •Handle Support Team L1–L3 cases and communications when not assigned to larger customer projects.
  • •Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales on roadmap/account plans and develop documentation and knowledge-base content while supporting onboarding, mentoring, and 24x7 on-call coverage.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Support, Technical Accounts Management, Engineering/SRE, and/or Project Management roles.
  • •5+ years implementing, operating, and/or supporting scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed DBMS environments.
  • •Technical breadth across DBMS, OLAP, cloud/SaaS, distributed systems, Linux/Unix, and Kubernetes/system or network administration.
  • •Experience leading and shipping large-scope technical projects with multiple engineers.
  • •Expertise with a public cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and IaaS offerings such as EC2.
