Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and coordinate all activities of the Quality Control Inspection and Quality Engineering team.
  • •Lead Quality Department staff, including mentoring, coaching, training, recruiting, performance management, and employee development.
  • •Develop and implement program quality plans and procedures, including harmonization between Landing Gear program quality teams.
  • •Manage site quality KPIs, improvement activities, and reductions in cost of poor quality (COPQ) and customer escapes.
  • •Manage the site Quality Management System, ensuring compliance and driving risk-based improvements. Promote One-Collins relationships and the RTX Zero framework.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years experience.
