Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete two main rotations across different FSQ teams over the 2-year programme, gaining breadth of exposure for future leadership roles.
  • •Support manufacturing teams to protect the safety, quality, and consistency of Kerry products.
  • •Gain hands-on experience across at least two manufacturing sites, learning different process technologies, products, and end markets.
  • •Work on quality and food safety activities such as auditing, inspections, risk assessments, quality control, and analytical procedures.
  • •Contribute to cross-functional strategic projects using quality and safety systems, documentation, and manufacturing readiness practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Be a graduate or soon-to-be graduate with a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in Food Technology, Chemistry, Food Science, Food Safety & Quality, Biotechnology, Science or a related field.
  • •Be ambitious and open-minded, ready to learn through hands-on, lab-based work and real customer innovation projects.
  • •Be fluent in English and ideally another language.
  • •Be excited by science and technology, and use data, digital tools, and AI thoughtfully to improve product development, testing, and scaling.
  • •Be eligible to work permanently in Europe and be open to travel and relocation as part of the programme.
