Key Responsibilities

•Lead safety programs and mentor the HS&E team; drive safe practices across the Albany site through coaching and communications.
•Participate in risk predictions, safety incident reporting, inspections, and floor audits to improve safety performance.
•Partner with HS&E, engineering, and manufacturing to implement new safety initiatives meeting objectives.
•Develop and update action plans focused on safety culture, regulatory compliance, and site safety objectives.
•Own safety systems, inspections, and PPE; ensure records compliance and effective training for staff.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 39.54 hourly

Key Requirements

•Highschool Diploma or GED required; CSP/ASP certification or equivalent experience preferred in commercial/industrial operations with safety responsibilities.
•Ability to lead, influence, and implement improvements across a broad range of stakeholders; strong verbal and written communication.
•Ability to problem solve, analyze, redesign and implement plans; capable of training and assessing capability.
•Experience implementing OSHA and P&G safety regulations and standards across site operations.
•Strong project leadership and people management skills; experience with safety risk assessments, incidents, inspections, and PPE management.
