Key Responsibilities

•Design BMS hardware circuits including schematics and PCB layout for power tools.
•Select and validate BMS hardware components; perform functional verification and debugging; prepare design documents and test reports.
•Support BMS module manufacture building and supplier tester development.
•Participate in battery pack phase testing and resolve technical issues with practical solutions.
•Assist with regulatory certifications for battery products and maintain mature product lines with cost-down solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electrical Autoimmunization, with 7+ years of electronic product development experience.
•Experience with BMS for power tools.
•Strong understanding of BMS core technologies including lithium battery charge/discharge, protection, and balancing.
•Knowledge of Bluetooth hardware and protocol (preferred).
•Proficiency using hardware design tools such as Altium Designer and PSpice, with good English communication skills.
