Key Responsibilities

•Own technical vision and architectural decisions for a product, platform, or service aligned with enterprise architecture, security policies, and cloud strategy (Azure/AWS).
•Support and mentor a squad of software engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical coaching.
•Translate business requirements and epics into technical designs, solution architectures, and implementation plans with Product Owners and Solution Architects.
•Actively deliver hands-on software development (minimum 40% coding time) across the team’s technology stack.
•Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code, ensure non-functional requirements are validated pre-production, and contribute to incident resolution as Tier 3 support.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
•7+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years as a Tech Lead, Principal Engineer, or Staff Engineer in enterprise-scale environments.
•Deep expertise in at least two of: Java/Kotlin, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or C#/.NET, with full-stack delivery capability.
•Strong cloud-native architecture experience (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable), including containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), serverless, event-driven architectures, and PaaS/SaaS integration.
•ITIL v4 Foundation certification and demonstrated CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code experience (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions; Terraform, Pulumi, ARM/Bicep).
