Key Responsibilities

•Own the self-serve funnel as one product with a single revenue metric (net-new ARR, including expansion and churn) and drive growth across activation, conversion, expansion, and retention.
•Build and improve the measurement foundation, including attribution, top-of-funnel metrics, and analytics visibility to understand user sources and stalls.
•Establish and scale an experimentation program, shipping early experiments and developing the team’s experimentation muscle.
•Define early activation milestones and time-to-value to shorten the path to a paying account.
•Own all paid conversion paths, analyze drivers, and invest in high-impact opportunities to optimize conversion.
•Create self-serve expansion paths (credits, seats, add-ons) with signals indicating when an account is ready to grow, and align product-led with sales motions.
•Handoff from product-qualified accounts to GTM, ensuring alignment between product-led and sales-led strategies.
•Set the funnel roadmap, communicate strategy to executives, and mentor other PMs as growth practice expands.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 226,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years in product management with end-to-end ownership of a self-serve or PLG funnel for a developer-focused product
•Experience designing and running a robust experimentation practice and owning business outcomes (activation, conversion, expansion, retention)
•Fluency with funnel instrumentation, attribution, event taxonomy, and cohorting
•In-product monetization experience (paywalls, upgrades, credits, usage-based pricing)
•Proven cross-functional leadership with Data, Design, Engineering, GTM, and Finance
