Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Sales to perform deep discovery, map the customer organization and political/technical landscape, quantify business value (e.g., $10M+), and define pilot MVP, success criteria, and timeline.
  • •Own end-to-end product delivery: author PRDs, prioritize the engineering backlog, manage scope, and act as primary hands-on QA while translating requirements into data, integration, security, and operational needs.
  • •Lead technical solution discovery and delivery with FDEs using agile processes; conduct design reviews, understand data flows/integrations/platform constraints, and identify technical risks early.
  • •Drive solution launch and adoption from “Day 0” through production readiness across data quality, testing, security, performance, and operations, running a war room and coordinating resolution.
  • •Plan ongoing maintenance, create customer documentation/training, codify reusable solution patterns, and feed field insights back to Product and Engineering to enable next engagements.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years delivering complex, customer-facing data, analytics, AI, or software engagements (or equivalent founder/technical builder experience), including production deployment with real integration and adoption challenges.
  • •Ability to define what to build and why: write strong product requirements, prioritize engineering work, manage scope, and lead complex agile projects from ambiguity to measurable outcomes.
  • •Technical fluency across modern data/AI architectures, including cloud platforms, data pipelines/models, distributed systems, APIs, security/governance, and generative AI patterns.
  • •Proficiency in at least one language such as Python, Java, or SQL, with hands-on capability to explore data, read/review code and pipelines, and build/adapt prototypes for troubleshooting.
  • •Executive presence and communication skills to build trust with senior stakeholders and guide difficult decisions across technical and organizational landscapes.
