Build and enhance a core Identity Desktop Software Development Kit (SDK) used by 40+ Autodesk products across Windows, macOS, and Linux. You’ll research, design, and implement next-generation identity integration capabilities for Autodesk’s IAM platform, ensuring scalability, security, and high-quality delivery. The role includes documenting architecture and integration requirements, writing tests, resolving defects, and partnering with global engineering teams to integrate the SDK across Autodesk’s desktop portfolio.

•Enhance and maintain the Identity Desktop SDK across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
•Research, design, and implement the next generation of the Identity Desktop SDK for Autodesk IAM platform capabilities.
•Design and implement solutions that meet functional and technical specifications.
•Develop unit and integration tests, resolve defects, and take ownership of SDK quality, reliability, and maintainability.
•Document architectural decisions and integration requirements, and partner with internal engineering teams to support successful SDK integration across Autodesk products.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•10+ years of experience developing and delivering commercial cross-platform desktop software for Windows, macOS, and Linux.
•Strong object-oriented design and software development principles.
•Extensive experience developing desktop applications using C++, including C++17 and C++11.
•Experience with Python, CI/CD pipelines, and software testing frameworks, plus desktop security concepts and secure development practices.
