Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end project delivery including scope definition, stakeholder alignment, procurement/contractor engagement, and day-to-day coordination.
  • •Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and approvals; track commitments and actuals; implement cost controls and change management.
  • •Plan and execute construction in occupied/open retail settings by coordinating phasing, access and logistics, off-hours windows, and signage/controls.
  • •Own risk, issue, and dependency management by identifying impacts early and driving mitigation plans and escalations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •5+ years managing commercial construction and/or facilities projects, including multiple concurrent projects, vendor/contractor oversight, and delivery in occupied/open retail environments.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency in core project management disciplines: scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and change control.
  • •Familiarity with estimating, project controls, construction administration, and phasing/logistics planning in regulated or customer-facing environments.
  • •Ability to plan and execute work safely in occupied/open settings while minimizing disruption and maintaining compliance.
