Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and maintain electrical system infrastructure for facilities and production equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation.
  • •Run conduit/piping to specifications, pull wire, complete terminations, and perform calibrations and instrumentation setup.
  • •Interpret electrical and mechanical technical documents and diagrams, then execute repairs for power and controls systems.
  • •Ensure adherence to safety procedures (including Lock-Out/Tag-Out and Arc Flash/Hot Work permitting) and comply with relevant electrical, environmental, and building codes/standards.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience performing electrical maintenance in a manufacturing facility (Food & Beverage preferred).
  • •Experience troubleshooting and repairing single-phase and three-phase power electrical and controls systems.
  • •Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams (factory manuals, blueprints, schematics, single line electrical drawings, and P&IDs).
  • •Experience using electrical diagnostic tools such as a Fluke multimeter, ohmmeter, and meggar to diagnose industrial electrical and controls problems.
  • •Knowledge of code/troubleshooting for Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), HMIs, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), plus familiarity with safety and maintenance procedures.
