Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and analyze assigned equipment projects, establishing schedules, project parameters, and procedures for system objectives.
  • •Communicate with customers and stakeholders (building owners, mechanical contractors, trades, subcontractors, field support) and maintain customer satisfaction through investigation and corrective action.
  • •Manage project schedule updates by creating revisions with tasks, estimates, dependencies, and milestones.
  • •Control project budget and maintain forecasted cost at completion by monitoring expenses and progress.
  • •Handle equipment orders, purchase/work order issuance for start-ups, and support project cash-flow activities including progress billing and collections.

Salary: CAD 72,900 - 104,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s Degree in business or equivalent with 2+ years of project management, equipment, HVAC, or related experience; or 4+ years in a related combination of project management, equipment, HVAC, or equivalent education/experience.
  • •Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature equipment (preferred).
  • •Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • •Strong communication skills and a proactive approach working independently and as part of a team.
  • •Ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
