Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and optimize the PWF process (wet etching, lithography, plating, reflow, or PVD) to maximize yield.
  • •Troubleshoot wafer fabrication issues and conduct root-cause analysis.
  • •Partner with other process modules to understand, monitor, and control process deviations.
  • •Investigate defect issues over the long term, potentially collaborating with shift engineers and functional teams.
  • •Evaluate products against design/performance specifications and recommend process improvements or equipment changes for new products/part types.
