Key Responsibilities

  • •Prioritize daily stores activities, including satellite receiving and materials pick-up/drop-off at vendor sites.
  • •Perform cycle counts, verify and audit inventory, and investigate customer inquiries, cycle count discrepancies, and non-conformances.
  • •Locate, audit, and transfer kits or materials for shipment preparation; regulate and prepare materials for cleanroom delivery under direction.
  • •Receive parts and update inventory records or shortage reports; review M.R.P. for upcoming work orders, project status, and W.I.P.
  • •Operate powered industrial vehicles as assigned and support training/certification of other Material Coordinators while following safety standards.
