Key Responsibilities

  • •Enter high-volume AP and AR invoices, payments, and receipts into ERPNext to a daily cut-off.
  • •Maintain supplier and customer master data and ledgers, and keep Egypt and KSA books separated.
  • •Process expense claims and per diems against policy before entry, and digitise supporting documentation.
  • •Perform daily bank entry and monthly bank reconciliations across accounts, including supplier statement reconciliation and aged balance clean-up.
  • •Build Excel schedules for the monthly close and prepare recurring management reports and budget-versus-actual variance commentary.

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years post-graduation experience in accounting or finance with real transactional ownership.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
  • •Demonstrated data entry accuracy and throughput on high-volume transactional work.
  • •Sound double-entry accounting grounding to explain journal entries and spot mispostings.
  • •Excel reconciliation proficiency (lookups, pivots, SUMIFS, text-to-columns, and data cleaning).
