Key Responsibilities

  • •Support onboarding for new Neftex customers and develop adoption plans to increase engagement and utilisation.
  • •Help customers integrate Neftex products into exploration and subsurface workflows and promote best practices.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for technical enquiries; investigate and troubleshoot workflow and product usage challenges.
  • •Deliver onboarding sessions, refresher training, workshops, and demonstrations; develop and maintain educational materials and workflow examples.
  • •Collect and document customer feedback, act as a liaison to Product Management, and support adoption reviews, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Geoscience, Geology, Geophysics, Earth Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • •Experience working in exploration, subsurface, geological, or geoscience-focused environments.
  • •Understanding of exploration and subsurface workflows.
  • •Experience delivering technical support, user training, or customer-facing services.
  • •Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
