Job Summary

Lead daily, monthly, and yearly gross profit performance for the New and Used vehicle Sales Departments by planning, forecasting, and coordinating sales activities. Partner with the Service Manager for pre-delivery processes, monitor inventory turnover, ensure merchandising standards, track performance metrics, and drive 100% customer satisfaction while maintaining safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and achieve daily, monthly, and yearly gross profit objectives for New and Used vehicle sales to support dealership profit goals.
•Develop 90-day forecasts for unit sales, gross profit, and departmental profit, and run individual forecasting sessions with salespeople.
•Recommend dealer procedures for advertising, sales promotions, staffing needs, compensation plans, and customer complaint resolution.
•Prepare weekly and daily plans by reviewing results and performance metrics, and facilitate sales meetings and on-the-job training.
•Coordinate pre-delivery procedures with the Service Manager, manage inventory turnover targets, ensure display/merchandising/maintenance standards, and implement customer satisfaction and safety training programs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Must be legally and technically able to safely operate company and customer-owned vehicles.
•Must be insurable by the company insurance carrier.
•High school diploma or the equivalent.
•Two years of automotive sales experience, plus one year in a dealership management position.
•All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA and be able to pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license).
