Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a consistent, distinctive client experience while completing complex and standardized transactions and maintaining accurate records and handling of funds.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the sales process through outbound calls, identifying client needs/offers, and referring clients to appropriate branch team members or specialists.
  • •Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) principles to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ needs.
