Key Responsibilities

  • •Support design engineering projects independently by taking ownership and collaborating with design team members.
  • •Develop sheet metal, plastic, and tubing part designs, including concept designs and detailed drawings.
  • •Perform idea generation and feasibility studies for VAVE projects, and support reverse engineering and teardown activities.
  • •Maintain engineering documentation, bills of material, and change notices using Teamcenter and Wind-chill.
  • •Create and develop DFMEA and DVP&R, and provide design support for current production parts and products.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •8–12 years of experience in Mechanical Design Engineering.
  • •Hands-on experience with Creo, Teamcenter, and Wind-chill.
  • •Experience with sheet metal, tubing, and plastics, including assemblies and manufacturing processes.
  • •Good understanding of sheet metal drafting rules (ASME Y14.5M) and tolerance stack-up and analysis.
