Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute Scrum ceremonies while adapting them to organizational and team needs.
  • •Coach Scrum Teams to collaborate effectively and organize work for reliable product increments.
  • •Collaborate with the Product Owner to communicate product/service vision.
  • •Support the Product Owner with product decisions, reinforce good ownership behaviors, and address PO anti-patterns.
  • •Report to the Agile Transformation Group Lead and contribute to analytics solutions delivery with developers and business stakeholders.

Key Requirements
