Job Summary

Lead and execute Scrum ceremonies while adapting them to team and organizational needs. Coach Scrum Teams to plan work, make realistic commitments, and deliver reliable product increments. Partner closely with the Product Owner to align on product/service vision and support good product ownership practices, addressing PO anti-patterns. Work within the Agile Transformation organization and help teams collaborate effectively to drive delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute Scrum ceremonies while adapting them to organizational and team needs.
•Coach Scrum Teams to collaborate effectively and organize work for reliable product increments.
•Collaborate with the Product Owner to communicate product/service vision.
•Support the Product Owner with product decisions, reinforce good ownership behaviors, and address PO anti-patterns.
•Report to the Agile Transformation Group Lead and contribute to analytics solutions delivery with developers and business stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Deep knowledge of agile principles and practices.
•Ability to facilitate effective meetings with clear outcomes and purposes.
•Experience coaching teams to take ownership of their process, task management, and environment.
•At least 8 years of experience in technology product or service delivery.
•BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent; Agile certification (CSM or PSM) desirable.
