Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce accurate and timely client invoices for fees and rechargeable costs.
  • •Ensure invoices meet client requirements and are authorized before submission.
  • •Reconcile client purchase orders and rechargeable costs to amounts billed or unbilled.
  • •Investigate project variances and submit variance reports to the Senior Revenue Accountant.
  • •Manage debtors to ensure receipts are obtained promptly and maintain sales ledger and WIP records.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum one year of experience in a Revenue Accounting role.
  • •Experience working in a finance team, either Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable.
  • •Prior experience of professional services businesses preferred.
  • •Timesheet accounting experience is highly desirable.
  • •Working towards a professional qualification (ACCA, AAT, CIMA) is preferred.
